Here's some more useful techie acronyms:
PEBCAC  - Problem Exists Between Computer And Chair - basically the user hasn't engaged the brain before calling the helpdesk.  Could happen to the best of us.....
DILLIGAF - Do I Look Like I Give A F(you decide) - coined by the famous Aussie entertain Kevin Bloody Wilson - as good a retort to the tube fest we call life.
